- Talk about karma: Dan Haren was pulled in the 5th inning of his first start with the Anaheim Angels after being hit by a line drive. Ok, so maybe Haren doesn't deserve this, but it doesn't mean the rest of baseball isn't snickering a little bit.
- I don't want to call it the "T.O. Sweepstakes" (mostly because it doesn't sound like anyone is trying too hard), but the New York Jets have decided to throw their name into the hat. Whatever. Just don't let the Lions get involved.
- Looks like Dan Gilbert isn't the only NBA exec upset about how his star left town. Check out what Raptors GM Bryan Colangelo had to say about Chris Bosh. [via @tasmelas]
- Winging It In Motown is looking for t-shirt ideas. Click on over, fire up MS Paint (because who can afford Photoshop?), and give it your best shot.

Gene Zarnick of Favre Dollar Footlongs has a great take on the Chris Paul trade demands. His message: don't blame Paul for LeBron's mistakes.

On the other side of things, Aaron Torres Sports wants Paul to stop talking trades and just play basketball. I don't agree with his take that Paul's demands are worse than LeBron's ego-fest though.
